Red Rice with sausage and peppers

I got this idea from Martha Steward Everyday Food I really liked this dish but my husband said he would not request it again.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Hot Bulk Sausage - 12 ounces
- Onion - 1, diced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Red Bell Pepper - 1, diced
- Celery Stalk - 1, diced
- Salt and Pepper
- Tomatoes - 1 quart
- White Rice - 2 cups (cooked)
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook oil sausage, until brown.
- Add onion, garlic, red pepper, and celery; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until celery is tender.
- Add tomatoes and cook until slightly thickened.
- Add rice and cook until warmed through, about 2 minutes.
