Red Rice with sausage and peppers

I got this idea from Martha Steward Everyday Food I really liked this dish but my husband said he would not request it again.



  • In a skillet, cook oil sausage, until brown.
  • Add onion, garlic, red pepper, and celery; season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until celery is tender.
  • Add tomatoes and cook until slightly thickened.
  • Add rice and cook until warmed through, about 2 minutes.
