Chicken Bacon Bites
Lately sadly I have been in cooking rut. I have not been doing a good job on doing my meal plans so I keep cooking the same old things every week. I know surprising right?
The other day my hubby had been out of town and I wanted a really good meal, the only issue was it was the day before grocery day so I had to use what I had on hand and that was not much. I had some broccoli that needed to get used and it is a veggie my husband loves but he will eat my broccoli salad so that was on the menu for sure. I also had Twice Baked Potatoes in the freezer so I also pulled out a couple of those.
So this is what I came up for my meat loving hubby. We all enjoy Bacon Wrapped Chicken but I wanted something a little different so I thought about the Bang Bang Shrimp that I LOVE but since my husband does not enjoy shrimp I thought I would mix the two, and it was a HIT! I wish these pictures were better because these were SO GOOD
This is a picture of my Husband's meal, I did not cover his chicken in the sauce since he is not always a fan of sauces but he really enjoyed the sauce and dipped all his chicken into the sauce himself.
