I first had this at a friends house and after that decided I had to start making pepper jelly. I made two batches last year and opened up my last jar today. I did give a few to family but we LOVE this stuff. Everyone I know who has tried it loves it too!!
- Stir pepper jelly really well as the peppers usually settle at the top. Pour some over the cream cheese and serve with crackers or pretzels. In our houses we eat them with the pretzels below. You could not ask for an easier appetizer!!
