Blackened Salmon and Green Bean Parchment Bags
Here is ANOTHER super EASY super HEALTHY, super FAST, super YUMMY meal in a Parchment Paper bag.
- Prep Time : 10 minutes
- Cook Time : 18 minutes
- Salmon - 1 piece
- Olive Oil
- Lemon - 1/2
- Onion Sliced - 1/2
- Handful of Frozen French Green Beans
- Blackened Seasoning
- Parchment Paper Bag
- Completely coat the salmon with the blackened seasoning and drizzle a small amount of olive oil on it. Then place the salmon and everything else into the parchment bag. Close the bag up tight so no air can escape. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
- And you have a WHOLE MEAL and no pots and pans to clean up. It does NOT get any easier OR healthier than that.
