Micro Greens and Heirloom Tomato Salad
This salad was SO GOOD, so fresh and I am just loving micro greens. This is when these little veggies have the most nutritional value. I have been wanting to grow some and have not gotten on it. But my farmer's market has them and I am in LOVE and will be growing my own soon.
Really this was SO SO good...can't wait to have another one.
- Prep Time : 10 minutes
- Cook Time : 25 minutes
- Micro Greens of your Choice - (I used a mix of radish and broccoli)
- A Little Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Dice Heirloom Tomato - (this is purple Cherokee)
- Just a Splash of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
