A couple months ago I made Overnight No Cook Strawberry Oatmeal, and while no one else in my family liked it I really enjoyed. The boys in my house like regular hot oatmeal and I do not. I actually have tried a couple other versions and they did NOT turn out well. But this is another KEEPER, and great for a summer breakfast.
- Prep Time : 5 minutes
- Cook Time : 15 minutes
- Blend together almond milk, Kefir, blueberries, and jam in the blender.
- Then add the vanilla, chia seeds and oats. Mix well, and cover overnight in the fridge.
