Cream Cheese Corn

I found this recipe the other day at Crumbs and Chaos and I was looking for a side dish for the night and my husband and son LOVE corn, so I thought this would be a hit at my house. It is SO Easy and Yummy. My son LOVED this corn. SO here is the the recipes from Crumbs and Chaos, I followed this recipe but cut in half since I did not have a whole bag of frozen corn. (Serves 4)
- Prep Time : 5 minutes
- Cook Time : 5 minutes
Ingredients
- Corn - 1 pound (fresh or frozen-thawed)
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Cream Cheese - 3 ounces
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan combine corn, butter and cream cheese. When it is heated through and cream cheese is melted season with red pepper flakes and black pepper.
