Pretzel Salad

This is an all time Favorite at my house, it is my Husbands favorite, while it does take some planning it is so worth.
- Prep Time : 10 minutes
- Cook Time : 15 minutes
Ingredients
- Crust
- Crushed Pretzels - 2 cups
- Butter - 3/4 cups softened
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Pineapple Juice - 2 cups
- Strawberry Jello-O - 1 6oz. package
- Frozen Strawberries Thawed. - 20 0z.
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Cream Cheese - 8 oz
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
Instructions
- Crust: Mix pretzel, butter and sugar in bowl. Press into greased 9x13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. cool.
- Topping: Bring pineapple juice to boil. Stir in Jell-O until dissolved. Add Berries (I blend my berries in the blender first but you don't have to). Chill until partially set
- Filling: Cream sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Blend in cool whip. Spread over pretzel crust. Top with strawberry mixture and chill until Jello-O is set completely.
