Just a little Tip

While Basil is fresh and in abundance make all the pesto that you can and freeze (I use This Recipe ). I put mine in ice trays so I can thaw out just want I need. These thaw out really fast. I am wishing I had LOTS more basil in my garden, so next year I will have lots more basil.
