Dirty Rice (Freezer Friendly)
For my once a month freezer cooking night with friends I have been looking for new freezer and budget friendly recipes. I came across This Dirty Rice Recipe and I thought it would fit the bill. I made a couple changes but it worked out well. The original recipe for for 2-4 servings and we did not think that was enough for our families so this one will feed 4-6 or more depending on what else you are having. We also cut down the spices a little since we all have small children.
