Gluten Free Cheesy Cracker Bites
These are a good little gluten free treat.

Ingredients
- All Purpose Gluten Free Flour - 1 cup
- Xanthan Gum - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sea Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Cheddar Cheese - 1 cup thinly shredded
- Cold Diced Butter - 6 tablespoons
- Milk - 4 tablespoons
Instructions
- In a large food processor mix flour, xantham gum, and salt, pulse for 30 seconds.
- Add cheese and pulse for another 30 seconds.
- Next add butter and pulse for another 30 seconds and the mixture should form small balls. At this point place mixture into a bowl and slowly add the milk and mix with your hands and form a large ball of dough. Cover and place in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Remove from the fridge and make small balls and place on a cookie try lined with parchment paper. Then with a wet fork make a criss cross pattern on top of the balls to flatten some.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes depending on the size. Once cooled enjoyed.
