Gluten Free Cheesy Cracker Bites

These are a good little gluten free treat.

  • Prep Time : 60 minutes
  • Cook Time : 15 minutes



  • In a large food processor mix flour, xantham gum, and salt, pulse for 30 seconds.
  • Add cheese and pulse for another 30 seconds.
  • Next add butter and pulse for another 30 seconds and the mixture should form small balls. At this point place mixture into a bowl and slowly add the milk and mix with your hands and form a large ball of dough. Cover and place in the fridge for at least an hour.
  • Remove from the fridge and make small balls and place on a cookie try lined with parchment paper. Then with a wet fork make a criss cross pattern on top of the balls to flatten some.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes depending on the size. Once cooled enjoyed.
