Brown the ground beef and saute the onion and drain, also cook and crumble the bacon. Then add everything EXCEPT the Milk and cheese to the crock pot for 7 hours on low. Then right before serving add the milk and cheese until the cheese is melted. If you want the soup thicker add about 1/2 cup of flour to the milk before adding but I don't so it can be Gluten free.
I serve with fresh onion and a pickle to really have the taste of a burger.
