Sweet Potato Casserole
Have been fixing this for several years for Thanksgiving and Christmas and everybody seems to really like it.
- Prep Time : 15 minutes
- Cook Time : 45 minutes
Ingredients
- Large Can Sweet Potatoes (around 2 lbs.) (or fresh pureed) - 1
- Packed Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- Eggs (lightly beaten) - 2
- Milk - 1/3 cup
- Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
- Chopped Pecans ( about a cup ) - 4 ounces
- Packed Brown Sugar - 2/3 cup
- All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
- Melted Butter - 1/3 cup
Instructions
- Mix all together and spread on top of filling. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or so.
