Asparagus and Mushrooms in Parchment Bags
Here is another great and easy Asparagus dish and using my new favorite cooking tool, parchment paper bags.
- Prep Time : 10 minutes
- Cook Time : 17 minutes
Ingredients
- Fresh Asparagus - 1 lb. (washed and ends trimmed)
- Mushrooms - 1 small packages, sliced
- Parchment Paper Bag - 1 paper bag
- House Seasoning to Taste - (Garlic, pepper, and salt)
- Grape Seed Oil - 1 tsp (any oil will work)
- I also like to add Half a Lemon.
Instructions
- All you do it throw everything in the bag. Roll the bag up tight so the steam all stays inside.
- Place the bag on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 375 degrees for about 17 minutes.
