Fruit Cobbler
Making blackberry today.
- Prep Time : 15 minutes
- Cook Time : 40 minutes
Ingredients
- Fresh Fruit - 1 quart (peaches, blackberries, blueberries etc)
- Butter - 6 TBS
- Self Rising Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
Instructions
- Cook fruit with a bit of sugar it tart till it is juicy and soft. Melt butter in baking dish.
- Pour the fruit over melted butter. Mix flour, sugar, and milk and pour mixture over fruit.
- Bake at 350 for about 40 mins until the crust is brown. Best served with Ice cream.
