We have SO been enjoying fresh lettuce out of our garden and LOTS and LOTS of salads.   Since Lettuce is in season you could be picking it up at your local farmers market or in your own back yard. Here are a few of our Favorite salads that would work GREAT with fresh in season lettuce.
