IN SEASON: Peppers

We have gotten great response from all our our IN SEASON posts. So we are trying to keep it up. During Summer you can get great prices on fresh in season produce or if you have a garden it may be coming out of your ears from time to time.

This year it seems that everyone I talk to has more peppers than they know what to do with.  So here is our round up of some of our favorite recipes that use A LOT of peppers. I have thrown my share of peppers out this summer and it hurts me to not use every last one.  So if you have more than you know what to do with or want to take advantage of friends or neighbors overflowing peppers or want to grab a bunch while they are dirt cheap at the market here are several ideas on way to use them up. (Just click on the purple title above each picture to go the recipe.
