Cooking in Parchment paper is a great way to cook FAST and EASY HEALTHY meals for your family and this process is great for guests as well. Once you learn this process you will LOVE it. I use this process about once a week.
I always use it for fish but chicken would work well as well. I like that I can put the veggies each person in my family will actually eat in with their fish with the seasoning they like the most and everyone is happy. For example My son usually has the simple salmon with carrots and broccoli, and my Husband will have his blackened with beans and onions, and I really like the pineapple listed below.
This is also a fast easy way to cook vegetables without them drying out. I like that I can throw everything in the bags and then leave in the fridge until we are ready to eat they only take about 15-20 minutes in a warm oven to cook completely.
