There is just NOTHING BETTER than garden fresh tomatoes. I could eat several a day with just salt. But here are a few really great ways to use up all the summer goodness that is in garden tomatoes. I deal with loads of tomatoes in the summer making salsa (which is one recipe I don’t share, sorry) and canning tomato juice, whole tomatoes, and spaghetti sauce.
