- Prep Time : 15 minutes
- Cook Time : 30 minutes
- Melt butter. Beat eggs with vanilla. Add sugar. Stir in melted butter with a spatula. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Stir in roasted nuts.
- Grease a 9-by-13 by-2-inch baking dish. Pour in batter (batter will rise quite a bit, so don’t overfill).
- Bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes. Do not overbake.
Note: To roast nuts, place on a cookie sheet. Bake in a 325-degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes, shaking occasionally, until nuts are lightly tanned.
