Week Meal Plan 5
Day 1
- Chicken Lettuce Wraps Veggies can be cut the night before if you need to.
- Brown or White Rice
Veggies you like or have on hand ( onion, garlic, carrots, red cabbage, broccoli, and a bell pepper, mushrooms, water chestnuts.)
Day 2
- Burrito Casserole
- refried beans (new bean recipe )
- or Mexican rice of your choice
Day 3
- Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan
- Steamed Broccoli
- Corn on the cob
Day 4
- Fajita Chicken Wings (or tenders)
- Bacon Crackers
- Fresh salad add a veggies of your choice
Day 5
- Quick and Easy Crab Cakes
- Remoulade Sauce
- Salad of your choice (can use leftovers from day 4)
Ingredients
- Day 1
- Chicken - 1 1/2 lb (white or dark)
- Chili Paste - 2 teaspoons
- Juice of Lemon - 2
- Fish Sauce - 3 - 4 TBS
- Rice Vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Soy Sauce - 1/4 cup
- Iceberg Lettuce
- Day 2
- Ground Beef - 1 lb
- Flour Tortilla Shells - 4 - 6
- Package of Taco Seasoning
- Salsa - 1 cup
- Jalapenos - (depends on how hot you want it. )
- Sour Cream - 1- 2 cups
- Shredded Cheese of Your Choice - 2 - 3 cups
- Refined Beans or Mexican Rice of your Choice
- Day 3
- Olive Oil - 1 Tbsp
- Egg - 1 beaten (I used water since my kids are allergic to eggs)
- Chicken Breasts - 3 large boneless, skinless
- Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 cup
- Italian Seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- Couple shakes of Salt and Pepper -
- Favorite Marinara Sauce - 1 26 oz. can
- Spaghetti Noodles - 1/2 pound
- Frozen Spinach - 1 box (i didn't use the spinach)
- Fresh Broccoli
- Corn on the Cob enough for your family
- Day 4
- Chicken Wings - 12, tips removed or chicken tenders
- Lime Juice - 1/2 cup
- Veg. Oil - 2 TBS
- Fresh Cilantro - 3 TBS, chopped
- Ground Cumin - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Dried Oregano Leaves - 1/2 tsp
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic - 1 clove, finely chopped
- Club Crackers - 1 package
- Thin Sliced Bacon - 1 pound (or More Depending On Number Of Crackers)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Veggies for sides or Salad your choice
- Day 5
- STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix - 1 pkg. (6 oz.)
- Eggs - 3
- Crab Meat - 2 cans (6 oz. each) drained, flaked (or fresh crab if you prefer)
- Butter or Margarine - 1/4 cup (1/2 stick)
- Lemon - 1, cut into 6 wedges
- Mayonnaise - 2/3 cup
- Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Whole Grain Mustard - 4 tablespoons
- Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
- Hot Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Any thing for your Salad that you will need
