Garlic Green Beans
- Fresh Green Beans - 2 or 3 handfuls (thin ones without large beans)
- Minced Garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
- Butter - 1 TBS
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Clean and trim ends off of beans. Steam beans for about 4-5 mins just until they turn bright green.
- Sautee butter and garlic, add steamed beans, stir for a minute and serve hot.
