Pineapple & Mango Salmon
This is a great fresh and light summer supper.
- Prep Time : 15 minutes
- Cook Time : 30 minutes
Ingredients
- Salmon Filet - 1 per person (these are large o the two in the pictures fed 3)
- Coconut Oil - 11/2 teaspoon per filet
- Pineapple - 1/2 chopped
- Mango - 1, peeled and chopped
- Dash of Salt - over the salmon.
Instructions
- This is SO easy. Simply place the salmon in a backing dish with a little salt.
- Then add the coconut oil to the top of the fish and spread the pineapple and mango around the salmon. Cover with Foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Pull it out of the oven and serve.
You will LOVE this it is so fresh, a little sweet, and so easy. We Enjoyed with some steamed vegetables.
