Canning Apple Slices Raw Pack with Honey

Ingredients
- Apples - 10 pounds for about 9 pints
- Honey - 1 1/2 cups
- Water - 5 cups
- Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Peel, core and slice your apples. Use an apple peeler or just a knife, then place the slices in a bowl of water with about 1/4 cup of lemon juice to keep them from browning.
- In a pan heat the water and honey. Once the mixture is almost to a boil place the apple slice (drained) into sterilized jars then ladle the hot mixture over the apples and place the lids on the jars. Process in a water bath for 20 minutes for pints or quarts.
