Slow Cooker Pineapple Ham
Not long ago Amber post this Slow Cooker Spiral Ham and here is a little different version. When I find a great price on a ham I grab it since it is my son's favorite for his lunch. I normally bake it like This but I thought this time I would give the slow cooker a try.
My son like "cubes" of ham better than slices so this is NOT a pre sliced ham. I paid $9 for this ham and since I freeze once it is cooked and diced it will make enough for about 4 weeks of lunches plus I have the bone and ham around the bone for soups and beans so that will serve my whole family another few meals so this is easy on the budget for us.
- Prep Time : 15 minutes
- Cook Time : 8h 00 min
Ingredients
- Unsliced Ham
- Maple Syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pineapple (drain half the juice) - 1 can
- Allspice Or Cloves (which ever you prefer) - 10 whole
Instructions
- Just put everything in the slow cooker and cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. It is as easy as that. You can then slice or "cube" how every you want to serve it.
