Vanilla Cookie Chex Mix

Ingredients

Butter - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/3
Light Corn Syrup - 2 tablespoons
Vanilla - 2 teaspoons
White Chocolate Chips - 1/2 cup
Chex Cereal - 6 cups
Powdered Sugar - 1 1/4 cups

Instructions

In a large pan over low heat melt the butter, sugar, corn syrup, and white chocolate chips stirring the whole time. Then add the vanilla and stir into the chocolate mixture. Then add the chex cereal (we prefer rice chex) to the mix. Once the cereal is coated in the mixture place the powdered sugar in a gallon zipper bag and add the cereal and shake.
