Cut your broccoli to what every size works for you. Put in a pan with 1-2 TBS of butter, pepper, and garlic salt. Sautee just till it begins to change color (to bright green). Then add about a TBS of soy sauce (I use gluten free) just till warm and serve. SO YUMMY...
You can also put everything in a foil packet and cook on the grill :). Below are Pictures of grilling this recipe (I over cooked a bit tonight ).
