Day 1
- Easy Babecue Chicken Pizza
- Fresh Salad of your choice (make enough for main dish tomorrow night too)
Day 2
Make the chicken today and have on leftover salad from last night then use the chicken for sandwiches tomorrow night.
- Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches (meat only tonight for Buffalo Chicken Salad)
- Left over salad from day 1
Day 3
- Buffalo chicken from last night on sandwiches (shopping list on day 2)
- Baked french fries or sweet potato fries
- Garlic Green Beans
Day 4
- Beef with Peppers with Rice noodles
Day 5
PARTY NIGHT (have a party for your family just because it is Friday !!! Rent a movie, or play some board games)

Ingredients
- Day 1
- Pre-Made Pizza Crust - 1
- Tyson Chicken - 1 can
- Cattlemen's Original BBQ - 1 bottle
- Mozzarella Cheese - 1 bag
- Onion - 1 small
- Green Pepper - 1
- Red Pepper - 1
- Olive Oil
- Jalapenos - if desired
- Garlic Salt
- Butter
- Veggies you need for a fresh salad
- Day 2
- Boneless ChickeBreasts - 3 lbs
- Buffalo Wing Sauce - 1 3/4 cup
- Sandwich Buns
- Provolone slices or Blue cheese Crumbles
- Ranch Dressing
- Day 3
- Frozen French Fries or Sweet Potato Fries
- Fresh Green Beans - 2 or 3 handfuls (thin ones without large beans)
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves , minced
- Butter - 1 TBS
- Day 4
- Flank Steak - 1-½ pound, Sliced Very Thin Against The Grain (I used boneless pork chops since they were on sale)
- Low Sodium Soy Sauce - ½ cups (used gluten free)
- Sherry - 3 tablespoons (I used beef broth instead)
- Packed Brown Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Minced Fresh Ginger - 1 tablespoon (I did not use any) (I used 4 cloves)
- Red Chile Paste - 1 teaspoon (or A Few Dashes Red Chile Oil)
- Canola Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Medium Yellow Onion - 1 whole, Sliced (I used a red onion and a yellow onion, I also added about 1 1/2 cup of shredded cabbage to up the veggies for my family)
- Red Bell Peppers - 2 whole, Cored And Sliced Into Rings (I used a yellow and an orange pepper since the red were not fresh but red or even green would look prettier)
- Diced Fresh Jalapeno - 1 tablespoon (or 1 Teaspoon Dice Hot Pepper)
- Rice Noodles - 1 package
- Day 5
- Pepperoni - 1 pkg
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Crescent Rolls - 2 pkg
- Butter - 1 stick
- Garlic Salt
- Pizza Sauce - 3 (11 ounce) cans
- Green Chiles - 2 (4 ounce) can diced , drained
- Green Onions - 10, chopped
- Sour Cream - 2 (8 ounce) container
- Jalapeno Pepper - 2, chopped
- Mayonnaise - 1 1/2 cup
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 20 ounces
- Mexican-Style Corn - 3 (11 ounce) cans
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Cocoa - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1/4 tsp (optional)
- Peanut Butter - 1 cup
- Minute Oats - 2 cups
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- Popcorn
