- BBQ spuds (used left over pork from day 1 just add some bbq sauce)
- Layered Salad or fresh salad of your choice
Day 3
- Chicken Poppy seed Casserole
- leftover salad from day 2
- Garlic Green Beans
Day 4
- Rise and Shine Breakfast Casserole
- Breakfast Kabobs
Day 5
- Make your own Pizza
Get any fixings you need for pizza, store bought or homemade crust, sauce, veggies, cheese, meat. I like to do small pizzas so everyone can make their own.
Ingredients
- Day 1
- Pork Tenderloin - 2 pounds ( I get a large one at Sam's and cut it into 3 pieces and and freeze)
- Soy Sauce - 1/4 cup ( I use gluten free)
- Yellow Mustard - 1 TBS
- Pancake Syrup - 2 - 3 TBS
- Olive Oil - 2 TBS
- Diced Dried Onions - 2 TBS
- Garlic Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
- Boiled Potatoes - 3 pounds
- Cream Cheese - 1 8 oz ( I use reduced fat)
- Butter - 1/2 stick
- Milk
- Fresh Asparagus - 1 bunch
- Day 2
- Baking Potatoes - 8 Large
- Cream Cheese - 1 package, softened (I use reduced fat)
- Mayo - 1/2 cup ( I used 1/2 reduced fat mayo and 1/2 reduced salad dressing)
- White Vinegar - 1 Tb
- Fresh Lemon Juice - 2 teaspoons
- Barbecued Pork - 3 cups (from day one, and you won't need 3 cups)
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 1 cup
- Chives - 1/4 chopped
- For Layered Salad or make Salad of your Choice
- Iceberg Lettuce - 2 heads, chopped
- Fluid Baby Spinach - 8 ounces, washed and dried
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Hard Boiled Eggs - 8 whole, chopped
- Weight Bacon - 16 ounces, cooked and chopped
- Tomatoes - 4 whole, chopped
- Green Onions - 1 bunch, thinly sliced
- Weight Cheddar Cheese - 8 ounces, grated
- Frozen Peas - 1 bag (10 Ounce), partially thawed
- For the Dressing
- (Real) Mayonnaise - ½ cups
- Sour Cream - ½ cups
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon (more To Taste)
- Day 3
- Chicken Boiled and Shredded - I use about 2 pounds
- Cream of Chicken - 1 can
- Cream of Celery - 1 can (you could use cream of mushroom)
- Sour Cream - 1 to 1 1/2 cups
- Fresh Green Beans - 2 or 3 handfuls (thin ones without large beans)
- Minced Garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
- Butter - 1 TBS
- Ritz Crackers - 1 sleeve
- Poppy Seeds
- Butter - 3/4 stick
- Day 4
- Hash Brown Potatoes - 1/2 bag
- Grated Cheese - 1 cup
- Diced Ham - 1 cup - enough to cover cheese in 9 x 9 pan ( Can use any meat; cooked bacon, cooked sausage, etc. to your liking.)
- Bagels - 4
- Cream Cheese
- Strawberries - 8
- Bananas - 4
- Skewers - 8
- Milk - ½ cup
- Salt Pepper
- Eggs - 2
