Whole Meal Idea

Ann Kelly here, My family has been out of town for the past couple of weeks and since I was unpacking and cleaning all day today, I did not want to be in the kitchen all evening cooking dinner, but we are SO READY for real food. Here is what we had tonight. Steamed Broccoli, with a little cheese crumbled on top, Twice Baked Potatoes from the Freezer, Refrigerator Cucumber Salad ( that was in the fridge from before we left since it keeps for a couple months, and baked salmon with a little honey, and coconut oil. So you don't have to spend a lot of time to have a really good meal, I spent about 5 minutes prepping this meal, baked and steamed for about 20 and that was it.
