When your dad is a hunter you tend to have tried lots of different wildlife. Pheasant is a wild fowl that we actually really enjoy at our house and it is my son’s favorite. I fix it very simply and make it gluten-free. I take the thin sliced pheasant and dip in whisked egg then coat with corn stretch that I have added house seasoning (salt, pepper, & garlic salt). Once it is coated well add it to a HOT pan I coat the pan with oil and add about a half a stick of butter. The pheasant cooks fast so it just needs about 3-4 minutes per side if it is sliced thin.
