Ingredients
- Day 1
- Soy Sauce - 1/2 cup
- Fresh Orange Juice - 1/2 cup
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves crushed
- Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon ( I just use veg. oil since sesame is high in price)
- Boneless Chicken - 1 1/2 pounds, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Smooth Peanut Butter - 1/4 cup
- Scallions - 2, chopped (optional)
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Cooked White Rice - 2 cups, cold
- Chicken Broth - 4 3/4 cups
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Egg - 2, lightly beaten
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Day 2
- Beef - 2 lbs, cut into one inch pieces
- Mushrooms - 1 small jar
- Worchester Sauce - 1 TBS
- Cream of Mushroom Soup - 2 cans
- Lipton Onion Soup Mix - 1 package dry
- Sour Cream - 1/2 cup
- Egg Noodles or Rice
- Fresh Green Beans - 2 or 3 handfuls (thin ones without large beans)
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves, minced
- Butter - 1 TB
- Day 3
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Chili Beans - 1 (16 ounce) can
- Black Beans - 1 (15 ounce) can
- Whole Kernel Corn - 1 (15 ounce) can, drained
- Tomato Sauce - 1 (8 ounce) can
- Tomatoes with Green Chilies - 2 (10 ounce) cans diced, undrained
- Taco Seasoning - 1 (1.25 ounce) package
- Boneless Chicken Breasts - 3 whole skinless
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese - (optional)
- Sour Cream - (optional)
- Crushed Tortilla Chips - (optional)
- If you want to make the fresh salsa you will need
- Roma Tomatoes - 10 large, diced
- Jalapeño Peppers - 1-2 (seeded If desired and finely chopped)
- White Onion - 1 lg diced
- Cucumbers Seeded (if the seeds are big) - 2-3 lg, diced
- Bunch Cilantro - stems removed and finely chopped
- Juice - From 3-4 limes
- Day 4
- Whole Chicken - (remove any goodies inside the cavity)
- Lemon - Slice, place inside chicken
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Clearly - 1 stalk
- Yukon Gold Potatoes - 3
- Bell Pepper - 1
- Onion - 1 large
- Chives - 2 TBS, diced (optional)
- Large Carrots - 5
- Day 5
- Pre-Made Pizza Crust - 1
- Tyson Chicken - 1 can (or left over chicken from last night if you did the roasted chicken)
- Cattlemen's Original BBQ - 1 bottle
- Mozzarella Cheese - 1 bag
- Small Onion - 1
- Green Pepper - 1
- Red Pepper - 1
- Olive Oil
- Jalapenos - if desired
- Garlic Salt
- Butter
- Iceberg Lettuce - 1 heads, chopped
- Baby Spinach - 4 ounces, fluid, washed and dried
- Hard Boiled Eggs - 4 whole, chopped
- Bacon - 8 ounces, weight, cooked and chopped
- Tomatoes - 2 whole, chopped
- Green Onions - 1/2 bunch, Thinly Sliced
- Cheddar Cheese - 4 ounces, weight, grated
- Frozen Peas - 1/2 bag (10 Ounce), partially thawed
- (Real) Mayonnaise - 1/2 cups
- Sour Cream - 1/2 cups
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon (more To Taste)
