Day 2
- White Castle Casserole
- Frozen french fries (cooked in oven)
- Leftover Salad from day 1
Day 3
- Steak Seasoning (to put on steak, chicken, or pork chops of your self)
- Grilled Steak, chicken, or Pork chops of your choice
- Poppy Seed Broccoli & Cauliflower Pasta Salad
Day 4
Day 5
- Baked Tilapia Manicotti Bundles
- Left over green beans from day 4
- Hasselback Potatoes

- Veggies and Dressing for Fresh Salad of your Choice
- Boneless Chicken Breasts - 3 lbs
- Buffalo Wing Sauce - 1 3/4 cup
- Sandwich Buns
- Provolone Slices or Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Ranch Dressing
- Day 2
- Crescent Rolls - 2 cans
- Ground Beef - 1 lb.
- Onion Soup Mix - 1 package
- Dill Pickle Slices
- American Cheese Slices
- Frozen French Fries - 1 bag
- Day 3
- Steak, Chicken, or Pork Chops of Your Choice
- Poppy Seeds - 2 tbl
- Broccoli - 4 stalks, broken up
- Cauliflower - 1 small head, broken up
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Vinegar - 1/2 cup
- Veg. oil - 1 1/2 cup
- Small Onion - 1, grated
- Rotini - 1/2 pound, cooked
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Freshly-Ground Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Coriander - 1 dash
- Turmeric - 1 dash
- Day 4
- Pound of Hamburger
- Onion - 1
- Bell or Banana Pepper - (what ever you have)
- Garlic
- Ribs of Celery - 1-2
- Shredded Cheddar - 1 cup or so
- Cream Soup - 2 cans (I like on cream of celery, and one cream of chicken)
- Dry Minute Rice. - 1 cup
- Green Beans - 4 cans
- Bacon - 6 slices
- Brown Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Cabbage
- Day 5
- Potatoes - 6 medium size
- Garlic - 2 - 3 cloves, thinly sliced
- Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Butter - 30 g
- Wheat Lasagna Noodles - 10 whole
- Carrot - 1, peeled & grated
- Olive Oil - 1 tsp
- Tilapia Fillets - 12 oz (or other mild white fish)
- Light Cream Cheese - 4 oz (1/2 block)
- Skim Milk - 1/2 cup ( I used whole since that is what I had)
- Dried Dill - 1/2 tsp
- Sea Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese - 2 oz, grated
